Free cancellation: you need to inform us 3 days before arrival by e-mail. If not, you will be charged the first night fee. 'No show' (not showing up, and not cancelling your stay by email 3 days in advance) will be charged the full price of your booking. After your booking is ready you will receive a confirmation email from Us (check your SPAM box just in case) and that's it!.

At the moment of your booking we will charge 30% deposit from your card. The deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining payment amount for your stay should be done upon arrival in CASH ONLY. We accept Taiwanese Dollars ONLY (NTD).

If you want to reserve rooms on 31 December, you’ll have to book minimum 2 nights in a row, otherwise the system will show no room left. WE WILL CHARGE THE TOTAL PRICE FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD, AND THERE IS NO REFUND IF YOU MAKE ANY CHANGE OR CANCEL.
